Medical Mutual super med plus

Just found out today that the bariatric treatment center will no longer be covered as in network with medical mutual super med plus as of October 1st . I have half of my tests completed which were ordered by Dr. Adolph in Groveport but unsure as to the possibility of having everything completed and scheduled by October 1. Anyone with MMO that can fill me in on time span of getting approval or will I have to start everything over? I started everything July 18, 03.

Hi Brenda, I'm in the same situation, but worse. I also have med. mut and didn't start my process until September 11, 2003 - last week. I didn't find out about the non-network change until the end of my consultation. I was bummed. I don't know what to do now. I guess I'll have to go somewhere else and I'm wondering if they'll give me back all my paperwork. Thanks, Kathy
