Help! I am stuck!!
Hey all! You all have been great to me, and now I need even more help. I had my surgery July 14, and I haven't lost an ounce in two weeks! What am I doing wrong? I haven't been excersizing like I should, because I am still recovering from a pulled stomach muscle. But that can't be the only reason I'm not losing. Please, any suggestions are welcome!

Hey, Cyndi!
I bet you aren't stuck at all! I would put money on this - you are probably getting smaller but the scale isn't showing it - YET! This happened to me. I would stop going down on the scale, but my clothes would get loser, then I would have a drop of several pounds. I'm almost 10 months out and have been playing with the same 3-4 lbs since mid-May. Your body will get used to where you are, so now is the time to start walking or doing some kind of gentle exercise; even a little bit helps. I have started doing a weight circuit at a fitness center to try to kick-start my weight loss again. I'm still walking my Rottie boy every evening for at least an hour. (I know it's been a good workout when our 18 month old, 106 lb.dog comes home panting and flops on the floor!) Get yourself moving! The pulled stomach muscle is probably well healed by now, and you really need to start using your muscles to help burn the fat. Use this "honeymoon" period to the best advantage while you have it!
You go, girl! Sue
