has anyone seen dr Dwayne Smith in Northern KY?

I"m am going to see Dr Dwayne Smith and wondered if anyone has seen him. I read a few of his reviews but I would like a little more info if there is any.

I haven't seen him but Dr. Moreira is in Choicare and he has done over 3000 surgeries.
