Had surgery on May 13,2003 have lost 23 lbs. I am still feeling a little weak after doing activities i am wondering how long that may last?

Congrat's on having surgery and for losing 23 lbs. I also was about 6 weeks out before I felt 100%. Give it time and drink your water and protein (sip sip sip) and walk walk walk. Welcome to the losers side.
