Our cycling club made the newspaper
Kind of nice seeing our bicycle club for bariatric patients making the news! Our club was the lead story in the local newspaper (Akron beacon Journal) health section. Check it out here.

You live in an area with great trails. I have family in Utica. The Kokosing Gap Trail in Mt. Vernon is just amazing and easy to ride. Heart of Ohio is not paved and harder to ride. Also, just a few miles north in Butler/Bellville is the Richland B&O Trail. I love it too. It's a super easy to ride. Join our club. We do sometimes come your way for a ride on Saturdays or Sundays. Happy cycling!

Thanks! Actually they are about to close the HOOT trail to pave soon. How nice, I can just ride a tiny bit on grass and then to a paved area.
The problem I have with going somewhere is that the racks for recumbent trikes are horribly expensive. I could load it in the horse trailer if I need to, but would love more flexibility of a rack.
I am only up to about 10 minutes on the recumbents at the club to not quite ready for you guys.
Another problem out our way is the HORSE FLIES that remind one of B-52 Bombers. They are nasty this year.

That's good to hear about the HOT trail. It is super close to my family. They live off Rt. 661 between Utica and Mt. Vernon. It is so convenient to them.
