not sure what to do now! (kinda long)

Hi, I had my psych. eval, consult with surgeon, and paid my program fee.  My patient rep. said my psych eval. needs to be approved by the centers psychologist. The psychologist took 3 weeks to call me about clarification on my psych. eval. She sent me consent forms  that needed signed so she could speak to 2 of my doctors.  I signed them and sent them back asap.  It has now been 4 more weeks and she still hasn't contacted those drs. she needs to speak with.  So it has  now been 7 weeks since my initial consult and nothing else can happen until she ok's me.  My patient rep. says she can't do anything about it and has many excuses as to why the psychologist is taking so long.  I am so frustrated!!  Any suggestions about what I should do, if anything?  I feel like the psychologist is taking her good ole' time and who knows how much longer she is gonna take.  Thanks, Mary Ann

I think seven weeks is excessive. I dont know what would help. Maybe calling th office and asking for another shrinks name or possibly a new surgeon. I view these guys as people plumbers/mechanics, If you dont like their service, someone else would love your business.
