Weight loss

What is reasonable weightloss?  My highest weight was 320, and at surgery I was about 287.  10 months after surgery I am about 168.  I am thrilled, but would like to get to 130-140.  Is that to much to lose?  My surgeon said about 150.  Another question.  I know they said there would be extra skin, but does it ever shrink some.

What is a reasonable goal weight for you depends a LOT on your height (which you did not mention) as well as your overall body type, age, and heredity.

As far as the skin, that also depends...  on your age, how long you were heavy, and how much the skin has been stretched.  Also, skin on some areas may bounce back better than skin in other areas.

Don't expect any miracles with skin shrinking.  I got a little shrinkage the second  year, but nothing to write home about.
