I had the same thing happen.  I was working out like crazy, and it didn't help.  I called Katelyn, and she told me to increase my food.  I couldn't do that, but eased up on the workouts a bit.  It didn't seem to help, and thought I had reached the end of my weight loss.  Then boom I dropped 30 lbs in a month.  I also started measuring, so even if I dontlose weight, I have probally lost inches.  Just keep following the rules, and the scales will start to move again.

Honestly I don't.  I just stopped weighing myself everyday, because I was getting discouraged.  I would run what your doing by the dietician.  I know Katelyn is leaving or has left, but whoever replaced her, should have some good tips, or tell you your doing great.  I know that the closer you get to your goal weight, the slower the weight comes off.  Plus if your working out and adding muscle, muscle weighs more than fat, so you may be still losing, even though the scale isn't moving.  I also found that going to one of the meeting each month really helped me.  There is a room full of people who have been there done that, and you can kind of look into the future on what to look out for, and what they did to overcome.  I haven't been able to kick my crystal lite habit yet.  I was such a diet pepsi/ mountain due addict that crytal lite helped me kick that habit, but really I just replaced one bad habit for another not as bad habit!!!!
