Advice Please
Hi all- It's been quite sometime since I've been on this site. I had gastric bypass surgery 16 months ago. I have lost 96 pounds (started at 239.6 and now weigh 143). I've been struggling to lose weight lately. My goal is to weigh 129.6...do any of you have recommendations to boost my metabolism or to get a fresh start? I'm really eager to reach my goal, but have been stuck at this weight for several months. I am writing my food down and exercising. Please let me know your thoughts on how I can improve my weight loss efforts. Thanks
sometimes the BODY has it's OWN GOALS and those might not be the same as the high and weight charts or BMI charts. Call your doc and see what they have to say. Try really measuring and counting all those calories, sometimes it's more than you thing. Try fitday.com and other sites to log EVERY BITE.
For me I will NEVER be what the CHARTS say and I have to learn to live with that. I'm 4'10 and there is no way I will be 89-110.
Good luck,
Robin
