Hello everybody! Newbie in Cleveland

Hello! My name is Anita, I'm married, with two daughters, a 14 y/o grandson, and a new grandson due the end of this month. (YAY!) My health insurance provider is Kaiser Permanante, as my husband works for the City of Cleveland, and was wondering if anyone on this forum has the same? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!

I do not have Kaiser, but I hear it's one of the easier ones to get approved with. (dont quote me on that as I was selfpay)

Hi Anita,
My name is Angel and I also live int he Cleveland area.  I do not have the Kaiser insurance because I work for the Cleveland Clinic.  I do know kaiser can be a bit petty with who they insure and for what reasons.  Just hang in there and all will work out.

Hey Martinoa, thanks for the support. Kaiser claims the reason they make you go through hoops for 6 months+ is b/c they want to make sure that their candidates for WLS are fully prepared for it, and that they'll have a better chance of keeping the weight off more than a few years.  .
