INSURANCE QUESTION???

I WAS TOLD THAT MY INSURANCE WILL NOT PAY FOR SURGERY IN OH BUT WILL IN MI. HAS ANYONE ELSE DEALT WITH THIS BEFOR?

What insurance do you have?  Every company negotiates coverages that they will cover. It's not that the carrier (Blue Cross, Anthem, United, Aetna, etc) does not cover the surgery. It is that your employer chose not to include the coverage. I have never heard of a corporation negotiate coverages based on states. I guess it could be. -- Tom
