Can’t Believe It’s October Already!
Hope everyone is doing well. Support Group this month is Wednesday October 28th from 6:30 – 8:00 pm at 55 Arch Street in the PODS. Our guest speaker will be Sarah Mentzer, who is a personal chef. She will be sharing some bariatric-friendly recipe ideas with us. See you there! (This time I plan on actually being able to show up!)

PS: I personally know Sarah, the personal chef. She is a terrific speaker and shares great tips and techniques. I encourage you to join us if you haven't before.
We meet in the basement conference area of the 55 S. Arch professional building on the Summa Campus. It is the building closest to the corner of East Market Street and Adams Street. Turn onto Arch or Adams and head north from Market. Park in the front parking deck and enter the building attached. Take the elevators down 1 level.
