Good Morning all!

Hope everyone is having a great week so far! I am in need of some great support, so hopefully I will be able to get some this week. I have just started working this week at our new job, and I love it.  Too bad there are those darn vending machines with JUNK in them! I am far enough out that I can enjoy anything I want, and it doesn't hurt me at all, but I still get the munchies.  I have started taking my lunch, but I need some ideas of what you all bring with you.  I never had to pack my lunch before now, and I am at a loss for suggestions and ideas.
Also, on a sad note, I found out yesterday that one of my WLS friends from another board passed away.  She had surgery 1 1/2 years ago and was getting ready to have her panne removed yesterday.  She had a blood clot to develop and she passed away Saturday morning.  It was a total and utter shock for all of us.  She had such a great life ahead of her, and now her husband is trying to go on without her.  She was from MO, but had to go to Indianapolis to have her surgery, because she was so large. Please pray for her family. My friends on the IN board are at a loss for words, since Angie had touched all of our lives so much. She was such an inspiration with everything she had to do. Her profile on here is heylookitsangie. If you would, please say a prayer for her husband, Walter.
Time to get the girls up and ready for school, so have a wonderful day! If you have already had wls, keep up the great work that is helping you daily.......if you are searching, HERE is the place for all your answers! I am sure there is someone that will be able to answer your pondering questions!

Sorry for the loss of your friend.
As for munchies I keep tic tacks in my pocket or peppermints. They are very low in sugar and are only a few calories. I pop them when I feel head hunger. As far as lunch there are a lot of good micro meals out there you might look into. also cook once eat twice. I made 2 pounds of meat balls the other night and poped a lot in the frezzer. You can do this with stews, roast, chicken, ham and bean soup.
Good luck,
Robin
