Support group!

So on Tuesday I drove to Dayton, Ohio to check the nearest support group which was not far at all.They had an hour of topic were all type of surgery met, Duodenal Switch, gastric sleeve, RNY, Lap Band and Realize. Then after that we broke down into smaller groups according to surgery were you introduced yourself, how much weight you lost and what you were grateful for! I am so glad I made it there and encourage any one who hasn't attend a group in awhile or is needed support get thee to support group :)

I love jumping into other groups.  the one I went to in dayton was only an hour long. where was this one?  it being a tuesday might be doable for me.
