VS has POWER PB! so yippee yay! got a few bars to try at both, couple RTD shakes. I'm excited!

You guy's look and sound like you pretty much have this new way of eating down pretty well, so Im reaching out for some help....Im 4 weeks out today and Ive lost a total of 22.5 pounds. Im very inspired by that but have so much more to lose. My question is I cant get any good ideas of food to eat..I stick with jellos, puddings, fat free popiscles and such but I really dont eat much due to the fact I dont know really wht to eat or what I can eat doesnt sound good to me so I just wont eat..Which I know thats not good either...my protein shakes are making me sick..Am I making sense?!!? Soo if you have any websites, or books or anything that can help me I woud greatly appreciate it..Thanks so much!
