I am scheduled for my pre-surgery clearance for VSG

Hi all,

I just wanted to share my excitement as I am scheduled for my pre-surgery clearance for VSG with
Dr Brain Lane on June 2, 2009 at 3:30pm at UTMC.
I am so excited to think that hunger will no longer get between me and my healthy weight loss and fitness
goals. I can't believe it is so close now..

Good luck and you will have great care with Dr. Lane and Amy.  I had VSG by him Dec. 8, 2008 and am now down from a size 16 to a 10 on my way to a 7 and 75 lbs lighter.  If you have any questions, just drop a line.  I believe Sherri is having her surgery that same day.  So good luck and a prayer your way.  You'll do fine and on a losing trend.

Funny we are the same age.. I will be 59 in October this year. I am looking forward to starting my 60 as a heahthy, thin and fit person feeling fantastic inside and out!

One of these days we are all going to bump into each other at Dr. Lane's office! Actually, when I was in for pre-op last Thursday, Tonya (tmsalmons)saw me in the waiting room, but we didn't connect.

So excited for you! Let us "Laners" know your date! My surgery is June 3rd. Just ended my 6th day of the 2 week liquids. Hasn't been as hard as I thought...
