What exactly can I eat there? I was thinking "omg a buffet... I'm not going to get my money's worth" and then I realized w00t! it's 6 days after my birthday and I'll have my free birthday meal coupon to use!. So I guess stick with a little lean meats and veggies?
Also... I think if Robin W has to work then we need to move the luncheon to Little Ceasars ;-)

It is a GREAT place for post-RNYers to eat... you fill your bowl with chicken or shrimp (or whatever kind of protein... beef, imitation crab, pork... I'm kind of picky about beef and pork, so I get chicken and shrimp only) and some veggies (edamame has a lot of protein to ad to the chicken and shrimp)... and most of the time they also have tofu {yuck}...
