Need a Refresher?

Feel like your nutrition skills need a little "pick-me-up?"

Please join us in Evendale (north Cincy) on Thursday March 19th for a Nutrition Refresher Course.  It will be held from 6:00-6:45 pm.  Instructed by one of our banded registered dieititians,  this will be a  class for  post-op patients who are 12 months or more out from surgery.  Band, bypass, and sleeve patients welcome (we do not have any DS experience). 

The topics that will be covered include the following:
    -Portion Control
    -Label Reading
    -1st Bite Syndrome
    -Food Intolerances
    -New Products on the Market
    -And More!!!

There is a nominal charge of $10 for this class.

Support Group will be held afterwards from 7:00pm-8:00pm.  Any patient is welcome to attend.
