Everything went fine, and the nurses all said the incisions (under both my breasts and down t o my belly button) all look good.  I can only see the vertical one.  This, however, is the most painful surgery I have EVER had.  Was taking percoset in the hospital but only have vicodin at home, and it;s not helping all that much,  Will probably need to call the surgeon;'s office tomorrow to see if he can call in something stronger of if I cantake more thn 2 vicodin at once,

He also did lipo on just the ebow of one arm, and then did a lot of lipo on the other... he said once he did the lipo on the left arm the skin pulled back nicely, so he ddi not have to re-cut it!  I;m bruised all the way down the upper arm though, and the incision under my breasts go all the way out to the sides so that area is especially sore.  The muscle tightening, though,,, serious pain and I am VERY hunched over.  My tummy better look amazing.

Thanks for the report.  Glad to hear everything went well.  Pop some pain pills and take it easy for a while!

Just make sure you do not take more than 4000mg of acetaminaphen daily or your liver will be totally shot!!!

Really?  I have not heard that before.  The "normal" dosage of the lortab/vicodin is 500-1000 mg of the acetaminophen every 4 hours.... which would be up to 6000 per day.  DO you know what the concern is?

Acetaminophen is extremely toxic to the liver........here is a link for you to look at!  Most people don't realize how much they are taking in a day!  I don't know if you can use ibuprofen in between, since some doctors say yes, and some say no.  Hope this helps!

Thanks... I'll check it out (although right now getting relief from the amount of pain I'm having pretty much trumps everything else!)

I'm sure it won't hurt you short term!  I am in nursing school and they have really been stressing the damage that acetaminophen can do!!!  Good Luck!

Glad to hear everything went well for you Lora.  Just think you'll be wearing that bikini this summer.

Take care.

uh, no.... LOL.  I will, however, not have to worry about trying to buy tops that hide my "roll" (or my bat wings), and that is exciting enough.
