another round of PS (so I will probably miss the brunch...)
I had not planned to do another surgery anytime soon, nor had I planned to spend the money involved, but I am scheduled for a TT (and removal of that horrid roll of extra skin and remaining fat around my waist and ribs) with Dr Martin on the 26th! It will also eliminate the large seroma in my pelvis that has been causing me such grief. Once I do this (and he does the revision on my one arm from the brachioplasty... not sure if that will happen on the 26th or will still wait until April 3 as scheduled (I don't want a fresh incision to have to protect form the sun while we are in Florida in March)), I am done. I can deal with the wrinkly, elephant thighs and the flat (but still very ample) breasts.
I will still have a bit of a thick waist, but the roll that I struggle so much to try to find ways to keep contained will be gone. I'll be broke for the next two years paying for it (or, more accurately, replenishing my savings account), but I really feel like I need to do this.
Unfortunately, that means I won't be able to make it to brunch on the 31st after all... unless I can ride with someone else from Dayton... I missed the last one, too... :(
