One week out from surgery

Well hello and thanks to my wife for updating my message board. Well its been one week and one day and Iam feeling great and getting along well today it is  10/31/08. Let me say one thing about this RNY you have to go in with the mind frame your ways of eating are over. You have this new educated way of thinking about food and your life style will change you control your food not food controling you. Dr. Bradley Needlemen and his staff got me so ready for this change and the benifits down the road from eating health and following the plan I know its going to work.  We all have been blessed to have RNY done many people can only think about it. We need to get rid of the weight and shape are bodies into health bodies  for a longer life. and better life and life free from heart trouble, sugar , sleep apena  and the list goes on. Thank you OSU Medical Center and Staff.

Congratulations!!  Glad to hear you are doing well.  My sister lives in Columbus and had her
surgery with Dr Needleman about 2 years ago.   She was in town for a visit this weekend and you would never know she ever had a weight problem.  It wont be long until you are in her shoes.
