SW Ohio Support Group Holiday Party?

For me, November will be really tough for a regular breakfast meeting, but I am game to help set up a holiday shindig. Any suggestions for a place? It would be fun to pick a nice restaurant for dinner and dress up our fine new bods in some hot holiday duds, but it might also be fun to have a WLS-friendly potluck and clothing exchange at someone's house (white elephant/chinese auction anyone?). Please post some suggestions and we'll make it happen!

Oh I think that sounds like so much fun! Are there any restaurants that have party rooms that we can book? Are we talking about staying around West Chester? If people are willing to drive up further this way I can look around here and see what is available.

Sounds like fun to me, too! If people are willing to come to Centerville (south suburb of Dayton), I would be willing to volunteer my house... it has a very "party-friendly" layout.

I always think the white elephant auctions are fun... or we could do an exchange with small WLS-friendly items...

Ity might also be a good time to do a protein-item swap... a chance to get rid of protein powders/ bars/waters that you cannot tolerate and try something someone else didn't like but you might.
