Stuck (Plateau) for a month
You have lost a LOT of weight in a VERY short period of time, and most people seem to have trouble with the last 20 pounds or so, so my guess is that this is just one of those temporary "holding" points (and there isn;t much you can do to change it). Have you tried the usual stall-breaking tactics of increasing your protein and water and decreasing your carbs?

You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.
Thanks Lora ... I will try that. You have done an amazing job with your weight loss. Congrats!!!
I so wanted to be able to wear size 14s (totally) by November 1st (big shooping trip with WLS gal pals) but I don't think I am going to make it. I can get into some 14s but mostly 16s still. I need a good (nicer) winter coat and hate to buy a nice coat that will be way too big for me next winter. I was lucky to get a lot of nice pants and a leather jacket given to me. Of course leather jacket is not lined for cold Ohio winters.

Hey, a clothing size number is just a number.. and, the way they size women;s clothing so inconsistently, you COULD be in 14s completely right now if you were willing to only buy clothing from certain manufacturers!
I'm in the same situation, size-wise. Some 14s fit, but mostly I am wearing 16s (and in a couple of things (mostly petite skirts) I still need an 18, {sigh}), and would really like to be an all 14s and a couple of 12s, LOL! One of these days.
In the meantime, focus on what you have ACCOMPLISHED and don't let the clothing sizes take anything away from that accomplishment!
Fortunately, I saved a number fo winter coats from when I was a 14/16/18 before, so I am covered for this year. I have a long down coat for really cold weather that I dearly love, but it is a 3x, so it is WAY too big... but I will probably wear it anyway oif thsi winter is a cold one, LOL.
