Yahoo- another 4.4 pounds down
I am so excited. I was down another 4.4 pounds this week for a total of 34.8 pounds. I took some pictures at the 1 month mark and 5 weeks out to compare to pics of me earlier this summer (at my heaviest)- even I can't believe the transformation. It's wonderful. Thanks to everyone for your ongoing support. I check in each day, even though I don't post much and I have learned so much from all of you. Hope you have a great weekend.
