Does any one know what the requirements are for care source to consider medically necessary for them to cover the surgery.

Type 2 Diabettees, Seve Sleep Apena, High Blood Pressure, 46% BMI,

My sister has caresource she is in the middle of finishing her nutrition. The nurse told her she needs to have as many things good wrong as possible because it is hard to get approved. Type 2 diabetes, sleep apnea, etc. good luck. I have medical mutual and I am in the process of waiting on approval.

I would switch to molina if possible, they approve very easily!!
