I'm back up 3 lbs this week!!
And I walked my ass off this past weekend! Ok, I have to stay focused and remember this is only a path (WW) leading to a goal (RNY). As long as I stay on the path and don't turn back, I will achieve! But damn, after a 6.8 week and then a 1.8 week, I just want to throw my hands up and say "what the....?"
I have to weigh in at WW weekly as part of my insurance requirement. Once I get done with them I plan on only weighing when I am at my surgeon's office for check ups. I don't even own a scale and don't plan on buying one! I hope it is muscle building, but as big as I am, I can't believe it would be building already when there is still so much fat there.
