checklist for sugery day

Hi,

I would like to make a spreadsheet in excel.  But I don't have a website to publi**** or update it.

would anybody be interested in having a link on their website??? I can find alot of great things on peoples posts but I think its time to put them in 1 place so newbies have a reference point. 

If anyone can help it would be apreciated.
