Second Cin-Day/SW Ohio Support Group Meeting - August 16th

I heard 9/13 is the next date.  It's on my calendar!

I managed to hook up with Jess and Terri for dinner tonight.  WOOO HOOO!!!   It was a blast!  SO glad I didn't miss Terri.

Hi, I was just wondering if you might like to share some information on things that might be going on at your support group meeting, such as topics, programs, and etc?  A friend of mine, plus myself started a support group recently about 4 months ago...We have about 10-13 attending so far...We try to make our meetings interesting, educational, as well as fun...Would appreciate any ideas or suggestions that you might have to share to make our group meetings more interesting, plus different...Thanks....Good luck on your weight loss, as I noticed you recently had your surgery...Tammy

I wish I could have made it.  we were out of town til a few minutes ago.  looks like it was fun.
