Oh Michelle - it would have been great to meet you. Good luck with your surgery! Where are you having your surgery done? I currently have two hernias - one was fixed during my RNY, but failed a few months out. So I have to have both done when I am out further.

I am having my surgery @ St. Vincent Charity with my RNY surgeon Dr. Ben-Meir. I am getting extremely nervous about it all, didnt have a great experience there the 1st time. Was there for a LONG time after the surgery. I just pray it will end up being outpatient so I can get home quickly afterwards. He has me down for staying 1 overnight, due to some blood issues I have. We will see...
