Dr viglianco anyone?

Hello,
I am from buffalo, ny and Dr. Viglianco just moved here from OH.

Has anyone had lap band surgery by him?

I am having trouble finding people here in Buffalo since he is so new and thought maybe you guys can help!

Any info is appreciated!

I had Dr.Vig as my post op care physician...my dr. left days after my lapband was placed...I found dr. vig to be a wonderfully caring surgeon...I really looked forward to my visits with him, and felt he did a wonderful job...

I had Dr Vig for my RNY 3 years ago. He is an awesome experienced surgeon. In addition he feels called from God to help with obesity, as you can see, he struggles, as does his family. He did my moms lap bad as well and was so kind for her. He even bent down and tied her shoe. How often have you seen a dr tie a patients shoe for them. We have in fact considered going to NY to have our yearly f/u with him. Could you please tell me info on where he is practicing now. He is a truely wondeful surgeon and i would feel at ease with him. I am a nurse and don't normally like docs. But he was okay.
