any one have dr schumacher in ohio

I am just cjhecking for somefeedback on the surgeon that is going to do my RNY

Although Dr. Curry did my lap band, I've heard nothing but good things about Dr. Schumacher.

Thanks so much I am getting very nervous...I was so excited until the approval then I began with the nervous stomache and bad thoughts...I know in my heart i am doing what I have to but It c=scares me. I have three youmng children and a wonderful husband I do not want to leave them but I know with all the metabolic issues that without this surgery I am taking years off anyway. I have to keep the faith and Trust God that he is in control and I have no say in that anyway!

When is your surgery?  Those same thoughts went through my mind.  In fact, the first few days after my surgery, I was so hungry and nothing tasted right, I was wondering why did I make that decision to have lap band?  Everything is fine now, but I think everyone goes through the doubt even if it's just a little.  I'm sure you'll be in good hands.  Good Luck,

Although I had a different surgeon, I have never heard any negative comments about Dr. Schumacher. I have heard he has a very good bedside manner. Good luck, dear. You will be fine. Deb

He's the one that did my brother's friend. (His original surgery, not the recent one) My brother said that Tyler loved him.

I have a few friends who had their surgery done by Schumacher and they loved him.  I'm actually going to with Dr Trivedi.  I just seemed to meld better with him.  But both of the are very well respected.  Their office staff is AMAZING too!

Dr. Schumacher did my surgery - I can't tell you what a great surgeon and person he is.  Me and my husband REALLY liked him.
