Home from the hospital with a very sore belly!!
Just wanted to let everyone know that I am home from the Cleveland Clinic, but very sore! 
....but I AM BANDED! I am in my healing process now and on my full liquids for the next 2 weeks. I was supposed to get back home the day after surgery, but Dr. Schauer was running late, so by the time he got to me, it was already 8pm, so he decided to have me stay until the next morning before leaving. Well, it ended up being around 3pm before I was wheeled to my car. The ride home wasn't too bad, because we stopped every hour out of our four hour ride home, so I could get out and walk a little. I have the blood clot issues if you recall. But I was sure glad to see home. I'm taking it very easy right now, and will update my hospital and surgery experience once I'm feeling up to par.
I just wanted to thank everyone for their kinds words and prayers, and to say that I really do understand and appreciate what everyone went through with their surgeries and healing process now. Reality sunk in during my experience. Thank you all!!

Third fill: 1cc 2/11/09.... Total in band -- 5.9cc's Very slooooow weight loss!
BW- 273 / CW -250 / GW- 170 Total weightloss to date: 23 lbs. ( in 10 months ) 
Sept. 22, '09-- Had .2 cc's removed from my band. Slowly gaining back the weight. Up 10 lbs. CW- 260 Lapband not working for me!
SO GLAD U R HOME AND EVERYTHING WENT WELL FOR U DR SCHAUER IS THE BEST YES EVEN THOUGH U HAVE TO WAIT HOURS TO SEE HIM. BEST OF LUCK TO U SEE U ON THE LOOSING SIDE.. KRISTA
