I had my hernia surgery on Tuesday and I was doing great... up walking around a lot during my 24-hours in the hospital, feeling pretty good as long as I kept current with the pain meds... until the pain ball ran out on Thursday... then the pain from where she actually attached the mesh to the muscle kicked on. Oh, man... ouch, ouch, OUCH! I'm still having some pain on one side, but it is considerably better today than on Friday and yesterday. The incision is pretty ugly (I'm a little disappointed by that, but I guess it will eventually fade... and will probably get cut out if I can ever afford to have the exess skin over my ribs removed... but still...), and she did not do anything with the lower area where the fascia was stretched out at my waist... but at least once I heal up I won't have the pain and weakness across my ribcage anymore. Now, where did I put that Lortab...? ;) Lora

Glad to hear things went well. If I ever WIN the LOTTO I'lll give you some $$$$ so we both can have our TT's LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Keep up with those pain meds. Robin
