I have them, had an approval in about 3 days. So far it is about 1650. out of pocket, but they say I will probably get most or all back since I have already paid my deductible for the year. I think they are very good to deal with. My doctors office was also amazing. They have literally walked me through everything and got my approval quickly and scheduled very fast!
