OT!! Earthquake!!!

Anyone else feel that earthquake? was kinda  scary shooke me right out of my bed, happend   about 5:30 this morning coming through Cincinnati!.  Delilah

I heard it was atcually in Illions, I ma not sure if it is true or not, I have not had time to watch TV

My dogs woke me up out of a dead sleep at 5:26 barking like mad (I remember this because I yelled something at them about the time).  I didn't feel it ... but apparently they did!!!

We didnt feel it in north central Ohio but I did hear about it on the news. They broke in early.  My hubby gets up at  4am, so we did hear it on the tv as soon as it happened.

Yep!  Like Tracy, my dog woke me up whining and all of a sudden the bed started to vibrate, then it sounded like some large animal raced across the room under the floor of the bedroom (in the space between the first and second floors), a couple of pops from some joists in teh attic, and then it was gone.  VERY weird.  We have had earthquake aftershocks here before  (one I remember was from a earthquake towards St Louis) but this is the first one I've ever felt.  (Yes, the quake itself was in Illinois, but Ohio felt the aftershocks.)
