Good Afternoon OH
Just checking in...I haven't visited in some time sorry. I have a question. I'm down to my last 30 pounds and having difficulty losing more weight. Also lately I'm craving sweets. Any suggestion on how I can jump start things again? I'm eating nuts to try to curve my cravings but nuts have a lot of fat and I'm getting scared of putting the weight back on.

I am preop but a friend of mine ask the doctor this very question, and he said go back to basics. I am not sure what that means, maybe you do.
He said that is a sure way to jump start everything again. I actually heard someone else at support group say the same. Her advice was to start journalling (Are you eating foods that make you hungry?) Are you exercising enough?
Again this is strictly what I have heard other say!
