PAUL & CAROL DAVID YMCA located at 7389 Caritas Cir NW, Massillon, OH 44646  in Jackson Township just south of Fulton NW on Wales Rd. Rt. 241).  This month Peter will review labels as he teaches us about our nutritional requirements (post-surgery) and taste test some new nutrient enriched products.
