Has anyone stalled on weight loss? I'm stuck on the last 20 lbs. Is there a weight limit to what you can lose from a revision surgery? I have heard this is true. What tricks has anyone done and suceeded with safely to jumpstart weightloss again? Thanks

I can't address any limitations of a revision, but I can;t see WHY you would be limited in your weight loss just becasue you started with somethign else. As far as jumpstarting yourself when you are stalled, SOMETIMES it helps to increase water, exercise, AND calories (but just a bit, and only if you are taking in under 1000 per day).  Sometimes, of course, your body just needs time to adjust and NOTHING you do will force it to budge until it's ready!  Some people use the "5 day pouch test" which is, essentially, going back to all liquids and then all protein for a few days.  (I've never actually tried it.)
