Need to be active here again...
Howdy My WLS family. I have been gone far too long and its time for me to get back and become active on the board again. I do so much better when I am connected with my family here. I am now 2 years post op and never did get all the weight off that I wanted to... But I have never given up hope. I had a major set back with a torn ACL Ligament and a torn meniscus. I am finally able to walk a decent distance and ready to get back on the wagon.
How is everyone doing??? I Miss all of you and promise to get back to being the writer I used to be. I am still down 150 from my high of 340 but would like to lose a good 50 pounds to be the size I have always dreamt of. Hurting my knee really got me into some bad habits that I need to work on breaking.
I hope to hear from you and we can encourage each other to stay strong and get back on the WL wagon

Dave you have made some great progress and I am proud of you. My CHF is not so good. I have had to go back on several meds and lasix every day again. But its better than the drowing feeling that I was having. This summer was really hard on my lungs and heart with it being so hot and humid and my allergies have been carazy.
Monday is D day.. The day I begin doing again what I KNOW I should be doing.. Backing off the carbs, off the sugar and soda and back onto the PROTEIN.
