Program Fee

Hi everyone im writing because i saw someone in here say that $500 was expensive for the program fee. The one I am looking into is $1500 is that to expensive. I am not sure how it works. This is the first one I found out abt since my insurance sd they are now covering this procedure. I would appreciate any info I could get. Thanks Plumcrazygirl
