Hi everbody HOORAY HOORAY I finally hit the 100lb mark today. So that means 100lbs GONE FOREVER. I feel so much better I can do more things with my 4 year old son now, I can go more places with my wife. Just all and all life is so much better. I can't wait till the next 100 comes off. Now I'm finally a member of the Century Club. Jim Start 464/364 current/ 200 goal

Congratulations! I just hit mine a couple of weeks ago! Just think that is 10 -10# bags of potatoes off, a bag of water softner salt +20# off your body!!!! Doesn't it feel great!!! I just started a new job and have so much energy. Mel
