It's a little food processor that is available on infomercials & also at Target. You can blend your protein shakes, make shaved ice, even make salsa, etc... Darlene

Walmart has THE BEST sugar-free popsicles. They are the Walmart brand & come in banana, pina colada, blue raspberry. My new pouch tolerated these very well! Also Crystal Light. I could not do plain water post-op even though I loved it pre-op. Darlene

Darlene, I still love those Walmart S/F popsicles for $1.66. It satisfies my need for fluids, sweetness and crunchies. The flavors are awesome and you cant tell that they are sugar free at all. Sometimes I put them in my little magic bullet blender and make slushies. Yummmy.. I add a little unjury unflavored powder for a little added protein. They are Incredible. Laura

Dont forget the refried beans. I was amazed at how much they satisfied me in those early days. And for some reason they didnt cause me any problems with gas or pain. They were something substancial with a good nutritional value. I kept all kinds of sugar free yogurts on hand, Cottage cheese, instant potatoes, bags of ice, carnation instant breakfast sugar free, cream of wheat , splenda, chicken breast that I would puree in the magic bullet with a little bit of onion and celery. Yes it was smooshie, but the flavor was there. As soon as the Dr said it was okay I kept wheat melba toast on hand. You could crunch it and pulverize it in your mouth with the chicken or tuna salad on it. I kept lots of different flavors of Crystal light on hand and skipped the watered down fruit juices. If I needed my fruit I would blend it with ice and my protein shake. I grew to love the bananna, peanut butter, soy milk, carnation instant breakfast shake with ice added to it. It tasted just like a really fattening milkshake. I will come up with some other ideas as I think of them. Hugs, Laura
