Socks don't annoy me at all, tbh. It does amuse me, I'll admit ruefully, to see them running about thinking that they're not recognized. And seeing them interacting with people, thinking that they're so clever putting one over on folks (sometimes succeeding)...well. Just makes me shake my head.

Good to know I'm not the only one Alton indoctrinated! "Hmm, can I do more than one thing with this? No? No sale!"

Hmm, this has turned into an interesting debate- I'm grateful it has to be civil, being a public forum.
R&R was also a public forum available for anyone to choose to read or post, not an exclusive club. It belonged to OH, and anyone had a right to be there.
But it was treated and used as an exclusive club by the select few, with inside names and handshakes and code words and jokes, etc, and often the language was vile. Just like any gang behaves.
Plus people were regularly attacked or gossiped about. Many people weren't welcome, especially if they had different opinions.
The "inside" people weren't and aren't vile. But the behavior was more often than not.
But again, I don't understand the upset that R&R was closed. People are now allowed by OH to have a truly exclusive club invitation only, and they can say what they want however they want to, and no one will interfere! What could be better for the people who want their own club?
Some people play win/lose, often in a personal way, but now they can't do it on a public forum.
Win/win for everyone.

Thank you - and the stupidity of blocking people and then signing out so you can read what they post? Come on, we all know how to get round the block so why even bother?
Blocking is for noobs who don't know any better! I'll bet there are more than one or two accounts on R&R3.0 who exist just because they know their original accounts don't "want" to get in! Must stink to be able to read everything but be unable to post in case you get "caught out"

The private R&R group is no more dreadful and full of vile people than those who would call the group dreadful and full of vile people. I have always found it amusing that those who dislike what went on in R&R use some of the very language they claim to dislike. Pots calling kettles black and all that. It is even more amusing that those who say they disliked R&R, seemed to spend quite a bit of time there.
Yappers calling for decency wallowing in the very "dirt" they claim to be indecent? Can you say hypocrisy?
Once or twice a week I use organic coconut oil all over my body - love it! I have to wait a few minutes before throwing on clothes but my skin still feels super-soft later that night. I've even used it on my face at night as a moisturizer. Not sure about using it on my hair; I'm also afraid I wouldn't be able to get it shampooed out!

I can't even remember my password to this one account. Don't know how I'd remember multiple passwords!
Actually don't need a sock puppet here- all you have to do is sign out, read all the posts, copy whatever you want to quote on your next post, and then sign back in to make that post.
Unless, of course, if a person wants to create trouble.
