scoobyluvr1, thanks for being so very gracious in proving my point!

I'm so relieved that the crap can only be on the level of emoticons now! Some people will always be sneaky and snarky with how they slip the meaness in and will continue do it whatever way they can, but at least the level and way it's delivered has been and will continue to be limited.

Woman, when you stop putting words in my mouth (and thoughts in my head) we might just be able to get along. No, I wasn't scared, and I don't think you're a boogeyman.  I just think we disagree about *some* things, and we're both the type of people who feel strongly about our opinions and have little fear of expressing them. Pure and simple.

I'm sure we would find a whole lot of common ground. How about a truce? You try to accept what I say at face value and impute no bad intent to my posts, and I'll do the same for you?

That's ok. Less competition for my AB ;)

I have to agree with you on Bill Nye. He's only gotten better with age! LOVE this image.

To be fair, I didn't say he was no longer crush worthy, just that it didn't work for me.

Mostly after watching that competition thing on food network.  Bill Nye though... he's still hot.

That's exactly what I meant originally. I happened to notice one particularly egregious example, hence the post.

Did not know that. Interesting. Is this what you meant or were you actually referring to playing with sock puppets?

I'll bet that if we had met anywhere other than R&R - you would find that we agree on a whole lot more than you would think

Bet that scared ya   (I'm really not the bogeyman you seem to believe I am, but oh well, what you gonna do?)

I bought one of those, back when I was too obese to bend over. It's still kind of nice.

About vacuums, I LURVE my Dyson Animal. Most expensive vacuum I've ever bought, and well worth every penny. Three long haired cats in the house = lots of hair. I'm always threatening to shellac them! But the Dyson definitely helps.
