Here they are.....the Holidays.  With the challenges of Holiday foods and get-togethers, cold temperatures making it difficult for exercise, along with other stressors, it can be difficult to stay on track.

Let's support each other in this thread by sharing any tips and strategies you use to stay on track with your healthy lifestyle.

(We will make this topic into an OH blog post with some of your helpful tips so we can share with more people and help the OH Community on their journey. OH Blog posts are shared on various social media outlets.)

Does anyone use a Facial Cleaning Brush?

I am thinking of one for an Xmas Gift...So many to choose from, was wondering if anyone used one and if so how do you like it?       I read Clarisonic was the best , also the highest priced .......Seems there must be another product a wee bit less money?

Thank You

I have the Clarisonic Mia as well. I bought it off one of the shopping channels when they were having a special.

I use a Clairsonic brush.  The Mia is around $99, and it the cheapest in their line.  I've used a Clairsonic for years, and I love it.  Can't imagine going without one.

Like a battery powered rotary scrub brush to exfolite with?  I bought an Olay on Amazon for $19.99 free shipping.  I also bought the Olay scrubbing product for $13 I think.  Both were approved by the lady who does my facials. She said to use the rotary scrubber daily and use the hydrating moisturizer facial cleanser daily and twice a week mix in the exfoliating product with the cleanser and use it that way.  So I do.
