Serial Killers

I thought it was John Wayne Bobbitt who gave the Duke a bad name.  Come to think of it, John Wayne did it to himself: Get off your butt and join the Marines! John Wayne

He was pretty right wing, ultra conservative, and none too tolerant of different points of view.

You realize he was just an actor, right?

Of course I know he was an actor.  He thought he was God's anointed slayer of the peace movement in the 60's.  Actors should stick to acting.  Look what happens when they get into politics: they're as interesting as politicians who try to be actors.

I am more afraid of clowns after seeing pictures of John Wayne Gacy.

I don't have a favorite. I know what you mean and how you're asking but yuck. I can't bring myself to say "My favorite serial killer is". But I do share the fascination. People who do those things are like aliens when you try to get in their head. I don't  understand the disconnect at all in how someone can separate themselves from a situation where they are taking a life. 

They are all terrible. The worst one for me because I felt so invested in it wasn't a serial killer, but it was the Caylee Anthony story. I must have watched Nancy Grace almost every day for a year. When Caylee was found my heart shattered. Then I was just sickened. How any mother can hurt their own child...  

Norris was the mastermind, Bittaker didn't have the intelligence or means to pull it off.  

Not a 'favorite', per se, but another one that makes you go WTF?

Dennis Nilson from London. He would strangle and drown his victims (young men). Once dead, he would bathe and dress him. Then he would keep the bodies for months and have sex with them. Yes, sex with the dead bodies. 

Eventually, he would get tired of a body and boil it in order to remove the flesh which he would chop up and flush down the toilet. The bits eventually clogged up his drain. That's how he got caught.

Very interesting.  I've never heard of him.  I'm looking him up right now.

I can't say I have a favorite serial killer, but I love watching serial killer documentaries on YouTube. I also like watching documentaries on single time killers. People kill for the stupidest reasons.
