If somebody was in my house I would shoot them also.  The issue with Joe Horn is that he shot one of the thieves in the back.

My dad used to take my sister and I to a shooting range when we were kids. I never enjoyed it. Too loud, too heavy, kind of boring shooting at targets. I wasn't bad at it, though. My dad committed suicide in 2003, with a gun. Haven't even considered taking up shooting again since then. Not even interested in owning a gun out of the fear of making it easier for me to do what he did.

Sorry about your dad, Jackie - that's a tragedy, which I'm sure some people will try to justify!

Thanks Kim! He had a lot of issues going on that he couldn't deal with, which happens to some people. Almost 11 years later and I wish I could show him what he's missed including his daughters getting married, getting fabulous jobs and now his grandchildren.
