Grandparents what do you like to be called?

Mine is MiMi, it was decided by my Grandson. I kept calling myself different names, like Grandma, Granny, Grammy, Gma.  

I always said something different. Waiting for him to get old enough to call me something and it was MiMi.  I had never used that name at all, so it was funny. now of course I love it!!!

Love my Grandbabies. Number is due in October. Proud MiMi!!!!

Number 5 is on the way. There is 1 boy and three girls right now. Love them all!!!

I'm Team Nana, too..I had no idea so many of us preferred that name! I have very fond memories of my former husbands grandmother, Nana, and want to honor her memory by being just like she was, right down to the same name

My 10 just call me Anne. I like it that it is simple. They call my husband Pop-Pop. Age range at this point is 25 down to 8. 

They are just the best. It is so much fun watching them grow and develop, and they all have good, thoughtful, involved parents. They live close enough that we see them a lot, and we often get together as a whole group. I am blessed.

Of course, the best part now is that we can give them back at the end of the day! The parents have to do the major work, whew! Though we help out a lot.

I'm grateful that thanks to my surgery and what managing it well has done for my health, we can play and do things together full out.

That's a lot of work for your son if he is your only one! Yikes! But then again, he might have some fun.

I'm granny to my grandkids... i called my grandmother, granny  so i wanted to be called that too.  it is a good memory for me!

And a very special Granny too!!!
