Food Stamps- Online Stores?
Well, because I report each and every dollar that comes into my household to my social worker and I take NO cash assitance to which I was told I could get and am eligible for. I get enough money in food stamps to pay for food for myself and my son. My income and that of my household is less than $1,100 a month. I couldn't afford to break my damn lease, so I took people in to help keep my son and I off the streets! My legal household consists of myself and my son. My ex and his girlfriend are legally considered a separate household. My boyfriend is considered a separate household. We all live together because we can't afford places on our own. My ex-husband's girlfriend was laid off from her job in January, my ex-husband's and my boyfriend's jobs just cut their hours to less than 30 hours per week. Neither of them have high paying jobs and they pay for their own damn bills. My boyfriend CHOSE to give me a gift and I'm so sorry that his $60 gift seems to make you think I'm some sort of horrible person. My mother chooses to gift me with supplements and WLS food that I can't get in the stores.

first of all its nobody's business how you pay for your groceries or your surgery. now that we've gotten that bull**** out of the way. I know King Soopers has home delivery according to their website. did you check them out. It shouldn't be a problem using your EBT card, I doubt a major food store can deny it. you know some of you people make me sick. This is supposed to be a community of support and encouragement. Not judgement and downright ***** behavior. ONE MORE TIME. IT'S NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS HOW SOMEONE PAYS FOR SOMETHING. SHE WORKED FOR MOST OF HER LIFE AND PAID INTO WELFARE. IF SHE NEEDS HELP THAT IS HER BUSINESS NOT YOURS WORRY ABOUT YOUR OWN LIFE. 
I'm not sure why people are getting after her, you have no idea how she lives her life. If you don't like public assistance programs and how they are ran talk to your government officials don't get after people who are using them because they need to. I don't believe in people who abuse the system either, but someone using it when they truly need it is what it's there for. If you don't like the system, change it, don't attack those who you have no personal real knowledge of their lives. I'm all for helping someone get back on their feet so that they CAN work, rather than helping people who choose to stay on public assistance their whole lives. This forum is not really the place to attack someone about your personal views on public assistance, all she asked for was a little bit of help with a question and she specifically asked to not be flamed for it or to not hear your opinions on it, you could simply be respectful and respect her wishes, and your replies and her rebuttals in no way made her look unintelligent as you implied. You are entitled to your opinions as much as anyone else, but there is no reason to try to make someone feel bad just because you feel a certain way. There are many situations where someone truly needs some help and I'm glad that we help those in this country *****ally need it. Do I think there needs to be some reforms, sure, but do I think these needs apply to the OP, not at all, it's not my place to say because I don't know her personal life or her personal cir****tances and neither do you.
