I would also add a small note book to jot things down in. I like to use steno pads for things like this.

The table will be set up for the duration of the conference. Just print them out and be sure to put your OH screen name somewhere on your recipe in case someone has a question or comment.

Contact Sharon Zarabi at Lennox Hill. It is a REALLY nice fun group of people. I was asked to do a presentation there last month and enjoyed the group tremendously.
